Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to relax. If you prefer this will allow you time to change into a robe and relax and have a drink prior to your service(s).*Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any service. A 48-hours notice is necessary for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. Half of the service will be charged on any late cancellation or no show appointments. Should you be late for your Spa/salon service you will be charged for the full service. *Purchased products may not be returned after opening. In our effort to provide a serene environment we request that you please turn off cell phones while in the spa areas.*gift certificates or gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.*In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.*We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
